Welcome to our "Basic Chemistry Through French Gastronomy" course!  This blog will document our culinary and travel adventures as we spend 5 days becoming master chefs at W&J followed by two weeks in France.

Our culinary immersion will begin at W&J, followed by Nice, Bordeaux, and then ending in Paris.
